What started as a small family operation has grown into a beloved institution, now led by Brian Umbelina, the third generation to carry on this tradition. Every link of linguiça, every chouriço, every frank is a testament to the craft our family has perfected over nearly a century.

We still use our traditional smokehouse methods — no shortcuts, no compromises. Just honest, flavorful Portuguese sausage made the way it was always meant to be.
